Shipping Policy

The shipping cost is calculated according to the total weight of the products purchased by the customer in relation to the delivery zip code provided, and the data must be filled in correctly.

Delivery is made by Correios, with PAC and SEDEX services available.

PAC is the economical delivery service and therefore has longer delivery times.

SEDEX is an express delivery service, which means it has shorter delivery times and deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. Both services deliver during business hours and cannot be scheduled.

Products are shipped sealed. If the merchandise is damaged, please contact us by email at sistema@govinho.com.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
