Exchange and Return
We at GoVinho want your purchase to be incredibly satisfying. With this in mind, we have developed our Exchange and Return Policy, which, in addition to the Consumer Protection Code, meets the needs and desires of our customers, our most precious asset.
Exchange and Return Policy:
Regardless of the reason, whether it is withdrawal, defective product, size, dissatisfaction or any other reason, the first exchange or return of the product is free. The deadline to make your return is 15 (fifteen) calendar days after receipt.
Return rules:
1. Check if the product is within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after receipt. Requests received after this period will not be accepted;
2. All items must be returned in their original packaging (box), with tags and seals intact. All accessories and/or gifts must be sent with the product;
3.The product must not have been used or be damaged;
4. The Invoice must be sent together with the product.
After receiving the product, it will undergo a Quality Control analysis, which may take up to 7 (seven) days. If the item is in perfect condition, the exchange will follow the normal billing process. If it does not meet the conditions described here, it will be returned to the customer along with the reason for not making the exchange.
If no response is sent confirming receipt of the product return, the customer must, within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the posting date, contact us by email at sistema@govinho.com
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Excluding holidays. After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund.
